 Adding Pages

• Since we all share the same site, please prepend your company name to all your company page names (e.g. NewcoProducts, NewcoValue, NewcoContactus, etc.) - This will help keep the VIP pages organize.  Otherwise, there could only be a single ContractUs page. 
  

Deleting Pages / Setting Permissions 

• At the bottom of the editing window, there is a button called Page Properties.  This provides additional functionality like marking a page for deletion, restricting page access, etc.  You will almost certainly want to use some of these functions at some point.
• Each VIP group has its own policy, setting a page to this security policy will not allow anyone else to edit or read the page
• You can make a page publicly accessible via the appropriate permission (e.g. your company homepage)
• Security is divided into specifying who can read a page, and who can edit a page.
