Team Members: David Kreiger (WG'07) and Michael Likhov (WG'07) Home-Base is a domestic call center outsourcing agency providing first class customer service. We will differentiate ourselves from most traditional domestic call centers in two main ways. First, we will utilize the "virtual call center" model pioneered by Jet Blue where all customer service agents will work from their homes. Our second point of differentiation from current call centers is that our agent pool will be comprised mainly of military spouses.
